Elegantly Delivering High Purity Biologics

Disrupting Biopharma Dogma

Enquyst Technologies is on a quest to engineer next-generation biomanufacturing technology solutions to give the growing diversity of life changing and curative treatments a viable path to the clinic with affordable costs.

Unlocking the Potential of Gene Therapy

The unprecedentedly high purity resulting from Enquyst’s patented, core IPP technology is expected to deliver a scalable solution for the purification of AAV and lentiviral vector-based gene therapies, enabling development and rapid growth of these markets.

Innovative Flexibility

Enquyst’s core IPP technology and accompanying novel equipment modules offer the flexibility to purify peptides, therapeutic proteins, monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, oligonucleotides (e.g. mRNA), and viral vectors for gene therapy from a single, small footprint and scalable production line, capable of serving development and commercial production activities.

Dr. Sengupta

Dr. Sengupta was one of the first scientists to demonstrate rich structural fingerprints of bioaerosols using Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS). After his PhD he joined Real-Time Analyzers, USA and where he led and participated in several small business innovation research programs in collaboration with several government agencies (NSF, NIH, DARPA, DOD, NASA, UK Home Office, etc.) He joined Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited in 2013 where he was instrumental in setting up and leading a state-of-the-art GMP certified advanced analytical facility servicing more than 300 products annually. He is very experienced in regulatory and quality landscape for pharmaceuticals, product, process, and analytical development and validations, and has successfully cleared several FDA. He also championed the implementation of advanced Process Analytical Technologies (PAT) from proof-of-concept R&D to full-scale Manufacturing.  Dr. Sengupta received his dual degree in PhD (Chemistry and Nanotechnology) from the University of Washington, Seattle.
